Some just aren't practical (i.e. sweet potato) but try as I might I can't think of a single uncooked veg I like. In fact growing up and finding all the non-standard veg is what made me realise I like them at ALL. I guess technically sun-dried tomatoes aren't cooked, but pretty sure that isn't what you meant :pAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
